Introduction to SNUHI's Survey Security Guidelines
Survey Security Guidelines.
Snuhi’s Survey Protection Services provide comprehensive security measures to ensure the quality and integrity of survey data. This page explains our anti-fraud practices, respondent eligibility criteria, and data protection protocols designed to maintain a trusted survey environment.
1. Reconciliations:
Reconciliation plays a crucial role in validating completed surveys and identifying any fraudulent attempts. During the Test Launch phase, reconciliations are handled on a Net30 schedule with weekly feedback to quickly address any discrepancies. For full-launch suppliers, a Net45 reconciliation period with biweekly reporting ensures all survey completions are accurately recorded, promoting transparency and efficiency in data management.
2. Security and Allowed Traffic Quality:
Our platform employs stringent traffic controls to guarantee that only legitimate users participate in surveys. Snuhi restricts access from VPNs, proxy servers, and flagged IP addresses, ensuring that only authentic, non-malicious traffic is allowed. Furthermore, we accept only incentivized traffic to deter bots and unauthorized users. Snuhi also runs ongoing checks to monitor data quality, ensuring that the information provided by respondents meets the eligibility benchmarks specified by our clients.
3. User Journey and Fraud Prevention:
The user journey begins with a profiler entry link, where participants are asked a few profiling questions to aid segmentation. Once matched, users enter the router to access surveys suited to their profiles. Snuhi’s Survey Protection Services continuously verify responses at each stage, preventing users from using banned IPs or accessing surveys through unauthorized means. If survey data fails our quality checks, the respondent may be redirected or denied further survey access.
4. Test and Full Launch Protections:
During the Test Launch phase, Snuhi assesses new suppliers’ ability to provide quality traffic by monitoring the conversion rate (CR), IP integrity, and survey engagement. A minimum CR of 10% is required, and malicious or invalid traffic is grounds for immediate reassessment. Upon meeting these KPIs, suppliers transition to Full Launch, where the standards remain high and any deviations from quality benchmarks may result in reconciliation adjustments.
5. Payment Terms and Reconciliation Timelines:
Payment Terms and Reconciliation Timelines
Suppliers are paid on Net60 terms across both launch phases. Test launch suppliers undergo weekly reviews, while full-launch suppliers are evaluated biweekly. Reconciliations ensure that compensation aligns with verified survey completions, providing consistent updates that support transparent and predictable payouts.
Snuhi’s Survey Protection Services deliver a secure, fraud-free survey environment, helping clients trust the data they receive while ensuring a fair experience for respondents.
