Introduction to SNUHI's Platform Guidelines
Platform Guidelines and Purpose.
Snuhi’s Best Practices are designed to ensure optimal platform performance and user experience. These guidelines outline the key aspects of reconciliation, security protocols, traffic quality, and survey launch standards. By adhering to these practices, Snuhi maintains a high level of survey integrity and fosters trust among clients and participants.
1. Reconciliations:
Snuhi employs a structured reconciliation process to manage discrepancies that may arise between recorded survey completions and payout records. The reconciliation period varies between phases: new suppliers in the Test Launch phase have a Net30-60 reconciliation cycle with weekly feedback, while full-launch suppliers adhere to a Net45 cycle with fortnightly reporting. This process helps align survey data and incentivizes high-quality responses by ensuring participants meet Snuhi's engagement criteria.
2. Security and Traffic Quality Standards:
To maintain a secure and reliable platform, Snuhi enforces strict traffic quality standards. Access from VPNs, proxies, or flagged IPs is not allowed, and only incentivized traffic is accepted to prevent fraudulent entries. All incoming data undergoes quality checks to ensure valid user information, and only data that meets Snuhi’s benchmarks is considered eligible. These security measures prevent malicious activities and guarantee the authenticity of respondent data.
3. Soft Launch Conditions:
During the Soft Launch phase, Snuhi assesses respondent engagement, conversion rate (CR), and survey quality. A minimum CR is expected, with clear requirements on the validity of traffic. During the Test Launch, suppliers must meet the 500-completed-surveys goal and maintain a reconciliation rate below 1.5 times Snuhi's platform average. This phase serves as a trial run for suppliers, enabling fine-tuning before moving to a Full Launch.
4. Full Launch Conditions:
Upon meeting Soft Launch KPIs, suppliers progress to the Full Launch phase. In this phase, compliance with Snuhi’s platform standards is strictly monitored. Suppliers must continue delivering high-quality traffic and meet daily or weekly volume caps without engaging in non-compliant behavior, such as using restricted IPs or proxies. Full Launch maintains Net60 payment terms, fostering strong partnerships based on transparency and reliability.
5. Payment Terms and Invoicing Timelines:
Snuhi operates on a Net60 payment cycle for both test and full launch phases, with invoicing aligned to these terms. In the Test Launch phase, new suppliers receive weekly feedback, while full-launch suppliers engage in fortnightly reporting. The invoicing process aligns with Snuhi’s reconciliation cycle, providing a predictable payout timeline that supports ongoing operations.
Snuhi’s Best Practices set the foundation for a secure, high-quality platform where client expectations and respondent engagement align seamlessly. Compliance with these practices ensures a smooth journey from survey entry to completion, upholding Snuhi’s commitment to quality and integrity.
