Introduction to SNUHI's Respondent Guidelines

Respondent Quality Guidelines.

Snuhi’s Respondent Quality Standards are designed to ensure reliable, high-quality data collection. This page outlines the expected behaviors and metrics for respondents, including reconciliation criteria, traffic validation, and survey completion guidelines.

1. Reconciliations:

In ensuring data accuracy, Snuhi adopts a structured reconciliation process that identifies invalid entries and ensures fair compensation for verified completions. During the Test Launch phase, reconciliations occur on a Net30-60 basis with weekly updates; Full Launch reconciliations follow a Net45 fortnightly schedule. This approach supports data alignment, encouraging truthful participation and maintaining platform credibility.

2. Security and Allowed Traffic Quality:

Snuhi's commitment to quality traffic involves blocking access from VPNs, proxies, and flagged IPs, ensuring that only genuine users can enter the platform. Only incentivized traffic is accepted, and data quality is routinely assessed. Respondents must meet eligibility benchmarks to ensure quality, authenticity, and survey integrity, promoting a trusted environment for users and clients alike.

3. Test Launch Requirements:

The Test Launch phase allows Snuhi to verify traffic quality and respondent compliance before transitioning to a full launch. Supplier must meet a minumum conversion rate (CR), achieve completion target of 500 surveys, and maintain a reconciliation rate within 1.5 times the platform average. Soft Launch is critical to adjusting quality checks for optimal survey success.

4. Full Launch Standards:

In the Full Launch phase, suppliers are required to maintain compliance with strict quality benchmarks, including daily or weekly caps, IP validity, and compliance with Snuhi’s traffic guidelines. Failure to adhere may result in adjustments or chargebacks based on the reconciliation process.

5. Payment and Invoicing:

For both launch phases, payment operates on Net60 terms. Test launch suppliers receive weekly feedback, whereas full-launch suppliers are monitored fortnightly, facilitating a clear and accountable invoicing system that aligns with reconciliation timelines.

Snuhi’s Respondent Quality Standards create a framework for maintaining data integrity, ensuring that users provide reliable, valuable responses to clients. By following these standards, Snuhi upholds a high level of survey quality.
