Snuhi’s reconciliation process ensures accurate survey data and fair compensation. During Test Launch, reconciliation is conducted weekly on a Net60 cycle, while Full Launch suppliers follow a Net60 fortnightly schedule. Regular quality feedbacks and reasons for reconciliations are provided to suppliers, to help & guide them to keep the data quality on track.

2. What are Snuhi’s traffic quality standards?

We accept only incentivized traffic, unique IP per survey and block VPNs, proxies, and flagged IPs to prevent unauthorized access. Snuhi’s security measures maintain data integrity and authenticity.

3. What is the difference between Test and Full Launch?

Test Launch is a trial phase where suppliers must meet quality KPIs, such as a conversion rate, before advancing to Full Launch. The survey entrants caps and geos are limited during the Test Launch, as decided by your account management team. Full Launch involves maintaining these standards on an ongoing basis, with increased or open caps for upto 139 geos.

4. What are the payment terms?

Both launch phases operate on Net60 payment terms. Weekly reports are provided during Test Launch, and Full Launch suppliers receive fortnightly reports.

5. How does user profiling work on Snuhi’s platform?

Upon clicking an entry link, users answer profiling questions to determine eligibility. This segmentation improves the relevance of surveys displayed, ensuring a tailored experience for each respondent.

6. What are the API integration requirements?

API integration is mandatory for suppliers who consistently meet our quality standards during link integration for at least 90 days. This ensures a seamless and efficient process for managing survey traffic and reconciliation.

7. What is the duration and cap during the Test Launch phase?

The Test Launch phase typically lasts 3-4 weeks, with a monthly cap of 500 quality survey completions per region. We have zero tolerance for link manipulations.

Your account manager will monitor performance metrics such as conversion rates (CR), reconciliation rates, and data quality to determine the eligibility for Full Launch. They will also set final terms for the Test Launch phase.

Snuhi requires all traffic to be incentivized, with unique IPs per survey entry. VPNs, proxies, and flagged IPs are strictly blocked to maintain traffic quality and authenticity.

Yes, suppliers can request increased caps during Full Launch. Approval is subject to performance metrics such as quality scores, reconciliation rates, and adherence to traffic standards.

Snuhi’s surveys span up to 139 geos, providing suppliers with access to a diverse and extensive respondent base. Specific geo requirements can be tailored during both Test and Full Launch phases.

19. Can suppliers participate in multiple geo campaigns simultaneously?

Yes, suppliers can participate in multiple geo campaigns during Full Launch. However, performance metrics and caps will be monitored individually for each geo.

20. What happens if a supplier’s traffic quality declines during Full Launch?

If traffic quality declines during Full Launch, suppliers may be placed on a probationary period with reduced caps until improvements are observed. Persistent quality issues may lead to a suspension of partnership.
